Cancellation policy: I believe that commitment to yourself is the first and most important step towards healing and transformation; my commitment to you mirrors your commitment to yourself. My time is valuable, and last-minute cancellations impact not just myself, but also others who might have signed up for that time slot. As such, cancellations within 24 hours for non-emergency reasons will be interpreted as you not being ready to work on yourself, and I’ll wait six months before accepting a rebooking. Of course, emergencies happen, and this policy doesn’t apply in this case.
